I am a consultant anaesthetist at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in West Yorkshire. I have developed a specialist interest in Sleep Disordered Breathing and have been running clinics for sleep apnoea patients since 2000.
Initially I had to refer NHS patients to the Leeds Sleep Centre for treatment. However, we are now able to offer treatment to our patients in Bradford, both through the NHS and independent sector.
In addition to clinics at St Lukes’ Hosptial and The Yorkshire Clinic I work as a medical advisor to Philips Respironics. My own company (OSA Risk Management Ltd) was set up in January 2006. I am happy to take any enquiries about diagnosing and treating OSA, whether from individuals or companies looking to develop screening programmes.
